REDARC Defence & Space nominated for Defence Teaming Centre Award

REDARC Defence & Space were honoured to be nominated alongside Daronmont Technologies for the 2022 Defence Teaming Centre Defence Industry Teaming Award.

REDARC Defence & Space and Daronmont Technologies recently teamed up to deliver a batch of advanced radar units for Daronmont’s export partner. In this collaboration REDARC Defence & Space reviewed prototype designs, procured the materials, designed assembly aids and manufactured the radar systems.

The Teaming Award acknowledges organisations who contribute to building the awareness of collaboration and teaming practices by sharing examples of best practice and their results and identifying those who drive greater awareness and understanding of the benefits of collaboration within the defence sector.

Speaking on the finalist nomination, REDARC Defence & Space’s General Manager Sales – Defence, Mike Hartas, said, “This project demonstrates that cross-organisational collaboration is key to Australian sovereign capability and opens the door for future collaborations between the two organisations.

“The further we progress into partnerships with organisations with complementary capabilities, the greater the confidence within Defence of industry’s ability to deliver.”

REDARC Defence & Space were also proud to be major sponsors of the Defence Teaming Centre’s Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony, held at the Adelaide Convention Centre. The dinner was a great opportunity to recognise organisations that have significantly contribute to the development of our defence industry as well as network with fellow defence representatives.
